At zivarati, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

⚠️ Do not send products back without approval, as they may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to customer preference (size issue, change of mind, etc.), shipping costs may be deducted

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care / hygiene items (if opened or used)
  • Customized or personalized items

🔄 Exchanges

We allow exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Wrong item received

To request an exchange, contact us with order details and product images.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check your order upon delivery. If there is any issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos + order details

We will resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund.


💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
